Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping is a flat rate of $8 for orders under $80. Orders over $80 ship free.
We use trusted carriers such as USPS. Delivery times are estimated at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Returns & Refunds
If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at info@magicalsoulcreations.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
